Karhal વિધાનસભા ચૂંટણી પરિણામ 2022

Karhal is one of the four Assembly seats of the Mainpuri district in Uttar Pradesh. It falls under the Mainpuri Lok Sabha constituency. Mainpuri is considered to be a stronghold of the Samajwadi Party and veteran leader Mulayam Singh Yadav is the sitting MP from this parliamentary seat. The Samajwadi Party has fielded former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav from the Karhal Assembly seat this time. This is for the first time when Akhilesh is contesting a state election. In 2017, the Assembly seat was won by Sobaran Singh Yadav of the Samajwadi Party. This is a general seat, i.e. it is not reserved for SCs or STs. The voting is scheduled in the third phase i.e. on February 20, 2022.
