Curtorim વિધાનસભા ચૂંટણી પરિણામ 2022

Curtorim is one of the Assembly constituencies of the South Goa district in Goa and also part of the South Goa Lok Sabha constituency. Aleixo Reginaldo Lourenco is the sitting MLA from the Curtorim Assembly constituency. He is a three-term member of the Goa Legislative Assembly from Curtorim having last won the seat from the Congress party's ticket. Lourenco quit the Congress party to join the All India Trinamool Congress (AITC). However, he left the AITC as well. Lourenco is contesting as an independent candidate now against Anthony Barbosa (BJP), Moreno Rebello (Congress) and Dominic Gaonkar (AITC). This confusion makes the contest interesting in Curtorim. This is a general seat, i.e. it is not reserved for SCs or STs. The voting on this Assembly seat is scheduled for February 14, 2022.
