Breaking News: ટાઇગર શ્રોફ પર થયેલા હુમલાથી બોલિવૂડમાં ‘ડરનો માહોલ’, AICWA એ ગૃહમંત્રી અમિત શાહને લખ્યો ‘પત્ર’

ઓલ ઇન્ડિયન સિને વર્કર્સ એસોસિએશને (AICWA) અભિનેતા ટાઇગર શ્રોફ પર ગોળીબારની ઘટનાને લઈને કેન્દ્રીય ગૃહ મંત્રી અમિત શાહને પત્ર લખ્યો છે. પત્રમાં બોલિવૂડ તથા ફિલ્મ ઇન્ડસ્ટ્રી સાથે જોડાયેલા લોકોની સુરક્ષા પર ચિંતા વ્યક્ત કરી છે.

પત્રમાં એસોસિએશને જણાવ્યું છે કે, બોલિવૂડ દેશની અર્થવ્યવસ્થા અને આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય સ્તરે ભારતની છબીમાં મહત્વપૂર્ણ યોગદાન આપે છે. ફિલ્મ ઇન્ડસ્ટ્રી લાખો લોકોની આજીવિકાનું સાધન છે અને શૂટિંગમાં અડચણ તથા ડરનું વાતાવરણ ફિલ્મ સેટ્સ, સ્ટુડિયો, શૂટિંગ શેડ્યૂલ તેમજ રોકાણને પ્રભાવિત કરે છે. તેનું સૌથી મોટું નુકસાન રોજ કામ કરીને આજીવિકા ચલાવતા લોકોને ઉઠાવવું પડે છે.

मुंबईत दिवसाढवळ्या कलाकारांवर होणारे हल्ले आणि अंडरवर्ल्डच्या वाढत्या धमक्यांमुळे संपूर्ण बॉलिवूड दहशतीखाली वावरत आहे. ऑल इंडियन सिने वर्कर्स असोसिएशनला (AICWA) थेट केंद्रीय गृहमंत्र्यांकडे सुरक्षेची मागणी करावी लागणे ही महाराष्ट्राच्या कायदा-सुव्यवस्थेची अत्यंत लाजीरवाणी शोकांतिका आहे. परिणामी, मुंबईची शान असणारे बॉलिवूड आणि इथली चित्रपटसृष्टी आता स्वतःचा जीव वाचवण्यासाठी आणि सुरक्षिततेच्या कारणास्तव मुंबई सोडून इतर राज्यांत किंवा देशाबाहेर स्थलांतर करण्याच्या विचारात आहे, ही महाराष्ट्रासाठी मोठी सांस्कृतिक आणि आर्थिक हानी आहे. तुरुंगात बसून गुंड जर थेट चित्रपटसृष्टीला नियंत्रित करत असतील, तर पोलीस यंत्रणा नेमकी करतेय काय? सत्ताधाऱ्यांच्या अभय आणि राजकीय पाठबळाशिवाय या गुंडांची एवढी हिंमत वाढणे अशक्य आहे.

या गंभीर परिस्थितीची सर्वस्वी जबाबदारी राज्याचे गृहमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांची आहे. महाराष्ट्राची कायदा-सुव्यवस्था सांभाळण्यास देवेंद्र फडणवीस पूर्णपणे असमर्थ ठरले आहेत, तर विरोधकांचा आवाज दाबण्यात पटाईत असलेले अमित शाह या गँगस्टर आणि गुंडांवर वचक निर्माण करण्यात सपशेल अपयशी ठरले आहेत. कलाकारांवर गोळीबार होत असताना आणि बॉलिवूड मुंबई सोडून पलायन करण्याच्या तयारीत असताना, हे नेते सत्तेवर राहण्याचा नैतिक अधिकार गमावून बसले आहेत. जर राज्यातील गुन्हेगारीवर नियंत्रण मिळवणे त्यांना जमत नसेल, तर त्यांनी तात्काळ आपल्या पदाचा राजीनामा द्यावा!

मुंबई में दिनदहाड़े कलाकारों पर हो रहे हमलों और अंडरवर्ल्ड की बढ़ती धमकियों के कारण पूरा बॉलीवुड दहशत के माहौल में जी रहा है। ऑल इंडियन सिने वर्कर्स एसोसिएशन को सीधे केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री से सुरक्षा की मांग करनी पड़े, यह महाराष्ट्र की कानून-व्यवस्था के लिए बेहद शर्मनाक स्थिति है।

नतीजतन, मुंबई की शान बॉलीवुड और यहाँ की फिल्म इंडस्ट्री अब अपनी जान बचाने और सुरक्षा के लिए मुंबई छोड़कर दूसरे राज्यों या विदेशों में पलायन करने पर विचार कर रही है। यह महाराष्ट्र के लिए बड़ी सांस्कृतिक और आर्थिक क्षति है।

अगर जेल में बैठे गुंडे ही फिल्म इंडस्ट्री को नियंत्रित कर रहे हैं, तो पुलिस प्रशासन आखिर कर क्या रहा है? सत्ताधारियों के संरक्षण और राजनीतिक समर्थन के बिना इन गुंडों की इतनी हिम्मत बढ़ना संभव नहीं है।

इस गंभीर स्थिति की पूरी जिम्मेदारी राज्य के गृह मंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस की है। महाराष्ट्र की कानून-व्यवस्था संभालने में देवेंद्र फडणवीस पूरी तरह असमर्थ साबित हुए हैं, वहीं विरोधियों की आवाज दबाने में माहिर अमित शाह इन गैंगस्टरों और गुंडों पर लगाम लगाने में पूरी तरह विफल रहे हैं।

जब कलाकारों पर गोलियाँ चल रही हों और बॉलीवुड मुंबई छोड़ने की नौबत पर पहुँच जाए, तब इन नेताओं ने सत्ता में बने रहने का नैतिक अधिकार खो दिया है।अगर राज्य में बढ़ते अपराधों पर नियंत्रण नहीं कर सकते, तो देवेंद्र फडणवीस और अमित शाह तत्काल अपने पदों से इस्तीफा दें!

The daylight attacks on artists in Mumbai and the growing threats from the underworld have left the entire Bollywood industry living in fear. The fact that the All Indian Cine Workers Association has had to approach the Union Home Minister directly to seek protection is a deeply shameful reflection of Maharashtra’s law and order situation.

As a result, Bollywood the pride of Mumbai and the film industry are now reportedly considering moving to other states or even abroad to protect their lives and ensure their safety. This would be a major cultural and economic loss for Maharashtra.

If gangsters are controlling the film industry while sitting in jail, what exactly is the police machinery doing? Such audacity among criminals cannot be ignored, and serious questions must be raised about whether political protection and the backing of those in power are allowing them to operate fearlessly.

The entire responsibility for this alarming situation rests with Maharashtra Home Minister Devendra Fadnavis. He has completely failed to maintain law and order in the state, while Amit Shah, who is quick to suppress the voices of political opponents, has miserably failed to rein in gangsters and criminals.

When artists are being shot at and Bollywood is contemplating leaving Mumbai, these leaders have lost the moral right to remain in power. If they cannot control the rising crime in Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis and Amit Shah must resign from their respective positions immediately

AICWA એ પત્રમાં આશંકા વ્યક્ત કરી છે કે, જો બોલિવૂડના કલાકારો પર આ પ્રકારના હુમલા ચાલુ રહ્યા અને અંડરવર્લ્ડનો ડર જળવાઈ રહ્યો, તો ફિલ્મ ઇન્ડસ્ટ્રીના મોટા કલાકારો અને જાણીતા લોકો ડરના કારણે મુંબઈ છોડીને બીજી જગ્યાએ જવા માટે મજબૂર થઈ શકે છે.

આનાથી ફિલ્મ ઇન્ડસ્ટ્રી, હજારો પરિવારની આજીવિકા, મુંબઈની ઓળખ અને દેશને મોટું નુકસાન થશે. પત્રમાં કહેવામાં આવ્યું છે કે, જો મુંબઈ જેવા શહેરની વચ્ચે ટાઇગર શ્રોફ જેવી પ્રખ્યાત હસ્તી સુરક્ષિત નથી, તો એક સામાન્ય નાગરિક પણ પોતાની જાતને સુરક્ષિત અનુભવી શકતો નથી.

ઇન્દોરથી 22 વર્ષીય ઇજનેર હિરાસતમાં

ટાઇગર શ્રોફ પર ફાયરિંગ મામલામાં અત્યાર સુધી અનેક લોકોની ધરપકડ કરવામાં આવી છે. હવે આ મામલામાં મધ્ય પ્રદેશના ઇન્દોરથી એક 22 વર્ષીય યુવાન ઇજનેરને હિરાસતમાં લેવામાં આવ્યો છે. હિરાસતમાં લેવાયેલા યુવકની ઓળખ પ્રાંજલ તરીકે થઈ છે, જે હરિયાણાના સોનીપતનો રહેવાસી હોવાનું જણાવવામાં આવી રહ્યું છે.

મુંબઈ ક્રાઇમ બ્રાન્ચે ઇન્દોર ક્રાઇમ બ્રાન્ચના સહયોગથી સંયુક્ત કાર્યવાહી કરીને તેને પરદેશીપુરા પોલીસ સ્ટેશન વિસ્તારમાંથી હિરાસતમાં લીધો. આ કાર્યવાહી બાદ મામલામાં હથિયારોના સપ્લાય અને કાવતરા સાથે જોડાયેલા પાસાઓની તપાસી તેજ થઈ ગઈ છે.

In a strongly worded letter, AICWA has sought urgent central intervention after Tiger Shroff was fired upon in Juhu while sitting in his car. Two persons were hit by bullets.

This follows attacks on Salman Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Rohit Shetty and Kapil Sharma. Today it is Tiger Shroff. Who is next?

The film industry gives livelihood to lakhs of people. If the fear of the underworld continues, leading names may be forced to leave Mumbai.

Mumbai will not be allowed to go back to the underworld days of the 1990s, and Bollywood will not be allowed to work in the shadow of fear.

પોતાના ભાઈને મળવા ઇન્દોર આવ્યો હતો

મળતી માહિતી મુજબ, પ્રાંજલ લગભગ પાંચ દિવસ પહેલા જ પોતાના ભાઈને મળવા ઇન્દોર આવ્યો હતો. તેનો ભાઈ ઇન્દોરમાં રહીને સારવાર કરાવી રહ્યો છે. આ દરમિયાન મુંબઈ ક્રાઇમ બ્રાન્ચને ફાયરિંગ મામલાની તપાસ દરમિયાન ‘પ્રાંજલ’ ઇન્દોરમાં હોવાની માહિતી મળી હતી. ત્યારબાદ મુંબઈ ક્રાઇમ બ્રાન્ચની ટીમે ઇન્દોર ક્રાઇમ બ્રાન્ચ સાથે મળીને કાર્યવાહી કરી અને તેને હિરાસતમાં લઈ લીધો.

તપાસ એજન્સીઓ હવે એ તપાસ લગાવી રહી છે કે, મુંબઈમાં થયેલી ફાયરિંગની ઘટનામાં પ્રાંજલની શું ભૂમિકા રહી છે? તેની સાથે હથિયારોના સપ્લાય, આરોપીઓ સાથેના સંપર્ક અને કથિત કાવતરા સાથે જોડાયેલા મુદ્દાઓ પર પૂછપરછ કરવામાં આવી રહી છે.

સંયુક્ત ઓપરેશન પછી મામલામાં તપાસનો દાયરો વધ્યો

મામલામાં પ્રાંજલની ભૂમિકા અને અન્ય આરોપીઓ સાથેના સંબંધોને લઈને તપાસના નિષ્કર્ષ સામે આવવાના બાકી છે. કાર્યવાહી પછી મુંબઈ ક્રાઇમ બ્રાન્ચ આરોપીને ટ્રાન્ઝિટ રિમાન્ડ પર લઈને મુંબઈ રવાના થશે, જ્યાં તેની આગળની પૂછપરછ કરવામાં આવશે.

પોલીસ એ પણ જાણવાનો પ્રયાસ કરશે કે, ફાયરિંગની ઘટના પાછળ કયા લોકોની ભૂમિકા હતી અને હથિયારોની વ્યવસ્થા કઈ રીતે કરવામાં આવી હતી. ઇન્દોર અને મુંબઈ ક્રાઇમ બ્રાન્ચના સંયુક્ત ઓપરેશન પછી આ મામલામાં તપાસનો દાયરો વધી ગયો છે. હવે મુંબઈમાં પૂછપરછ દરમિયાન સામે આવનારા તથ્યોના આધારે આગળની કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવશે.
