Bharatiya Janta Party MLA O P Sharma was arrested by Delhi Police on Thursday, who was seen beating a CPI activist on camera outside Patiala House Court on Monday. Sharma was charged under sections 323, 341 and 160 of the Indian Penal Code and received bail immediately.
